He is regarded by his peers as one of the leading practitioners in his area of expertise and regularly has clients referred to him by other lawyers who have confidence that their clients will receive the benefit of his expertise and experience. A testimony to James’s reputation can be found in the fact that his practice is built on referrals and word of mouth recommendations from previous clients, other lawyers and even former opponents. All clients of James’s receive honest, down to earth advice about their rights and entitlements.
